On the disabled list since Aug. 21, Alex Rodriguez was in the New York Yankees’ lineup Sunday, but the Toronto Blue Jays spoiled his return. Rodriguez, who has not played in a full game since Aug. 15, was on the DL because of a strained left calf. Yankees manager Joe Girardi told ESPNNewYork before the game: “We feel it is healed and ready to go.” Rodriguez batted cleanup against the Blue Jays.
