The Toronto Blue Jays have recalled catcher J.P Arencibia from Triple-A Las Vegas and reinstated left-handed pitcher David Purcey from the 15-day disabled list. The moves were made before Wednesday night's game against Tampa Bay. Purcey had been sidelined with a right foot injury since Aug. 13.
